Sandra Bullock and Ryan Reynolds spend NYE together

Now, there may well be nothing in this - but we were never ones to let common sense get in the way of a good story.

It seems that newly single acting heart throb Ryan Reynolds was ringing in the New Year with his former co-star Sandra Bullock, which has obviously sparked speculation that the pair are getting hot and heavy.


Ryan, 34, only went public about his split from wife Scarlett Johansson a couple of weeks ago - while Sandra, 46, has been single for the best part of a year after dumping her cheating hubby Jesse James.

They were celebrating the New Year together at Bess Bistro in Texas, which is owned by Sandra.

The cat was let out of the bag by a fellow reveller tweeting: "My hubby and I had a great time last night, icing on the cake was getting to share the dance floor with Sandra Bullock & Ryan Reynolds!!"

And the fact that Sandra and Ryan have already seen quite a lot of each other while filming the steamy love scenes in The Proposals, the rumour mill has gone into overdrive.
