According to the Daily Mail, Tom proposed while the pair were on holiday in the Maldives and 29-year-old Sarah had no hesitation in saying "yes".
The happy couple first got together in 2007, split and reunited in 2008 before eventually moving in together last year.
Taking to his Twitter account yesterday, DJ Tom declared that he felt like "the luckiest man in the world!!!"
A spokesman said no wedding date has been set but Tom has previously hinted at the kind of bash we can expect, saying: "I want an old-fashioned English wedding.
"I want the top and tails, more subtle than a celebrity wedding."
Hmm... we'll see.
